Subject: [PATCH 125/189] net/hns3: fix DCB mode check

Currently, "ONLY DCB" and "DCB+RSS" mode are both supported by HNS3

|
PF driver. But the driver verifies only the "DCB+RSS" multiple queues

|
mode.
