Subject: app/procinfo: dump module EEPROM info

This patch add support for module eeprom info dump.
|
|
|
|
The command is like:
|
|
dpdk-proc-info -a xxxx:xx:xx.x --file-prefix=xxx -- --show-module-eeprom
|
