1. build with jdk 17 and run with java 11
2. add check step
3. add Provides for elasticsearch-oss 7.10.2
4. add Source tags
5. change source package to openEuler/poissonsearch-oss

poissonsearch-oss changes
1. rename release rpm package and it's install path to poissonsearch,
   change service to poissonsearch.service.
2 delete xpack code
3. fix known cve vulnerabilities, upgrade third party libs.
