Chenxi Mao	c23f549368	uuid.spec: Add chrpath to BuildRequires ... Previous commit 4dd7564 add chrpath command in install section. To avoid build issue which means someone didn't buid with OBS can buid this pack successfully, add chrpath to BuildRequires like other spec did.
