There is a problem with the current directory structure, which will make
uadk's patch unable to be applied directly. Therefore, decompress the
'${name}-${version}.tar.gz' as '${name}-${version}' rather than create it
during rpmbuild.

UADK head should install in right path, otherwise
uadk engine will not find it.

The feature 'isolate' isn't enabled for all 'uacce' versions. So need check
whether this feature is enabled before read it value.
